What kind of training do you focus on?
GeeForce is primarily plyometric based. We focus on speed, agility, explosivity, recovery, and injury prevention. We offer classes for Jump training, Conventional weight training, Speed training, sport specific training, and prehab techniques.
Are the trainers qualified?
Both Eric and Ryan have National Academy of Sports Medicine certificates as Youth Exercise Specialists. Ryan is currently working toward becoming a certified personal trainer and certified nutrition coach to expand his outreach past youth ages.
Do you offer trial memberships?
All group classes come with a 7 day free trail which includes access to the facility 2 times for the specified class. for our 1 on 1s we offer a free consultation to see what the athlete wants to improve and see where their baseline is, plus 1 free 45 minute training session.
